easy workaround set in launcher on america and the clanlist wont load and it should be fixed for now until bungie brings a hotfix.

I believe if i switch regions i'll only get matched up with people from that region in PVP so i would probably have shit ping. Will probably just wait and hope Bungie hurries up with that fix.

Well i think its better so you can still profit from clan bonus xD and ping you wont notice i guess just try it :)
