I have long loading times as well and I have yet to get any help, it takes ages to talk to an NPC because I have to wait for the conversation to start and also wait for the quest info or rewards to pop up. Also I get the little buffer circle when I open my character info, whenever I pick up an item, or when I enter certain spots. Here's a picture of what I'm going through. https://imgur.com/a/h1eiq

I'm having the exact same problem. When I first started playing everything was fine but until about a month ago, this started happening. Did you find a fix? If so can you please tell me?
