Visuals aside, the achievements mate. It's the achievements that's more important. Where's the satisfaction of seeing your hard work being highlighted before you jump in for the new adventure in store for us? While visuals might not be important, it's still something that sticks with you. You played with that character, and you see their faces every time you play D1. Although you might not be attached to it, some do, including me. I'm just a guy who would love to see my character that I've used to play in D1 to come back in D2, even though without the gear from D1, and seeing my character in all the glory that they deserve, on PC.

The only thing your really missing is a few emblems as I'm sure you know if you played D2 on PS/xbox. You should be able to create the exact same looking character within a few minutes? From there it's only you knowing you re-created the same character ( lets call it your ghost re-resurrecting you) While I know it's not ideal your honestly not losing anything, the achievements are gone anyway outside of 7 emblems and the visuals you can re-create with minimal effort? Grimoire - Gone kill stats - gone weapons - gone armour - gone There is literally nothing except your visuals a small mini clip for who you did certain activities with and 7 emblems to remember your time in D1. P.s I'm not stating I don't understand your frustration, all I'm saying is your honestly not missing as much as you perhaps think yet the work required to give you what your requesting would be a long and difficult process (even down to accepted usernames across platforms).
