Just why. Sod that not worth it. I know the content is dry but no thanks.

Well people complain that there is no grinding, even though there is...

What he said heisenburg said. They dumbed the entire game down and made level caps quicker for the casual players.

Isn’t that what many people wanted though in destiny 1? More ways to reach max level other than raid and iron banner? More ways to reach max light means that it’s technically easier to reach it. It still takes a great deal of rng to reach max light though, took my friend 3 weeks to get a hunter cloak that wasn’t 299.

People do not complain that there is no grinding. They complain that there is no worthwhile reward for grinding. If nothing else, this thread proves that point. Grinding for armor that has the same stats as the armor that I already have yet looks too ugly to ever wear? No thanks.

Agreed. My grind on D1 was for icebreaker. Everytime Xur came with it I missed him. I finally got it 2 hours before TTK came out. I didn’t complain and it was something to play for.
Just why. Sod that not worth it. I know the content is dry but no thanks.
I agree with this. I stopped turning in tokens long ago. I'm sure as hell not going to actively FARM them. Pointless endeavor.

I bet I’ve got close to a thousand anyway. Most of the armour looks shit anyway. I don’t play a game if I don’t enjoy it, no way I’d grind for useless coins.

Well if you think the armor is ugly then that is your opinion and has no effect on how the game plays. However in your eyes a game can have tons of armor (destiny 2 only has around 10 unique sets) but if you don’t like them the game isn’t good. This is why I don’t judge a game on what loot is has, because the quality of loot is very subjective at times.

It's for the unique armor sets.
