Grenades need an "equalizer" buff, but other then that no nerds, no buffs, find what works for your play style and run with it.
Hc rounds are all in slow firing guns (scouts) and these can be countered with smart play and a good auto rifle.
Are you mentally challenged hc rounds were a problem in the first game and a majority of weapons with them in D2 are higher f,r weapons like Mida and Scathelock. Mida also had Hc rounds removed in D1 not a call by players but by devs who realised how broken they were in higher fire rate weapons. I couldn't agree with the Guy who posted this more HC rounds are busted and either need a rework or to be removed, if they were an issue in the first game why were they implemented in the second. Also the whole point of the no random rolls was to create more unique playstyles which didn't happen because of this broken perk rendering any weapon with it overused, telling someone to use what works best is as good as telling a criple to just stand up, it's only making it worse, the crucible right now is who can switch to Uriels gift fastest and it isn't fun if you disagree your either oblivious or in denial.
I have to uriels and I don't use them. I also don't use my mida. I use iron banner auto and the crucible auto. I go 1vs2 and won a 1 vs 3 tilt the other day. I suck....my you need to get better.
Compared to origin story, crucible auto and iron banner auto, yes they are slow firing. Uriels lack of recoil really helps with laying the shots in but Mida is so slow anybody that takes more then two hits without ducking deserves to die.
