Has anyone seen a factual answer as to how many tokens are needed to level up?
Some say 20, some say 30.

Banshee is the only one that requires more than 20 "tokens" to rank up.

It's 20 but I think 25 for gunsmith. Also I feel like ikora is also an exception for the 20 rule

Yeah ikora takes I believe only 12 to rank up. So with 3 meditations a week, if you have only one character, that's only one rank up per week ( not counting the challenges reputation bundles).
