3 years of Destiny 1 the community complain about primaries not mattering, a better story, less ability spam, more ways to earn max light, a more balanced pvp and a variety of other junk. Destiny 2 is a massive step in a direction to fixing those. Problem is, not every whiner on the forum wants all of these, just one or two and not the others. They can't please everyone.
Destiny 1, well vanilla, had so much replayability because it was fresh and new, you could run the raid 50 times and it was good. Everyone wanted more of that, they gave us more and because it's not fresh anymore everyone complains.
Sure there are things I don't like, grinding for God rolls, it's to targeted towards max light too easily amongst some other things but the games a month old. They can't see the future, they need the data to make changes. They have that now and have already acknowledged a few of the complaints. Wait and see what they do, I don't know about game development but I think I'm safe to assume it's not an overnight process. If they still don't sort it then go nuts, moan your little heart out.
In short just calm your tits and go play something else. If a release lasts a week you've got your money's worth in my opinion. Back in the day you got a campaign/story, you completed it in a week or two and that was it, except other difficulties.
If you didn't get a week out of it, then the fame isn't for you, move on. I played COD for 2 weeks and never touched it again, I didn't complain, I just didn't like the game where as others play it all day for years.
Stop being so self entitled because you didn't get exactly the game you wanted, even the game a percentage wanted. They can't please everyone, take what you got and enjoy it for what it is.
On the other hand if you are another salty player who doesn't like it for things like the lack of sniper shotguns, free kills with grenades every 25 seconds, camping and hard scoping snipers, op weapons and abilities in general and just the garbage that made the last game broken.... Get good and adapt. If not then please refer to the earlier paragraph... Stfu and stop being so self entitled.

If I was I'd just spend my free time deleting whiners loot and messing up their already shit RNG. Just 36 of something they already have and keep dismantling in a row.

Now there was a whole lot of cheese in D1, cheese for days but using your logic you should just get good and adapt. Nothing's really cheese or OP in that sense just an inability to adapt The only adapting people need to do in this game now is stick by a teammate. Getting good is a secondary concern. Those campers you were talking about still exist, except now they are camping with a scout and 3 friends. Only becoming mobile when they make a dash for rockets. Some people may find that style of play skillful, I don't and after nearly 5000 hours played in D1 I've hardly logged in for the last 2 weeks and instead have been playing D1 again.

I have to agree with you there. They did just replace their snipers for scouts. I have a whole different concern with scout rifles in pvp full stop. Zero risk, high reward. I don't feel they fit. They were just examples that came to mind in the moment, I just meant any of the easy mode abilities or guns. I am all for adapting but I've seen a lot of complaints from people who are salty they have to aim a gun and in turn don't play as much pvp meaning less content and complain about that too.

I'm in agreement mate:) I just think the get good argument can be used by the D1 wombo combo expert too. Too easy to dismiss problems with the game by saying adapt. Yeah I know what you're saying, never crossed my mind they would ever remove scouts so I knew from the beta exactly what would happen. 4v4 just seems so obvious what kind of play style it would lead to especially with added ttk. 2 teams, either side of map, firing scout rifles. Until their saviour comes out of the sky with a rocket.

Yeah, it's disgusting. I refuse to use one it is just too boring for me. I prefer mid to close range combat. Is a lot more exciting and fast paced. Other than reducing aa and target acquisition on scouts I dunno how they'd fix it
