Gotta say its been worse than D1 as far as hit registration for me. Maybe they lowered the player count to 4 per team to help this because they know the code isn't good.
I've had better gaming experiences on 56k, and I'm not joking about that. Their match making needs to be connection based in quick play at least, but that won't solve the underlying issue which is the net code.
The framerate issues on Xbox 1 also compound the issue. The game is poorly optimised, and that causes rounding issues with fire rate and damage as well.

in quick play it feels like connection is the only basis for matchmaking (there will still be lag) because there are so many lopsided games, I've won matches were the score was like 25 to 100 and my last IB match we lost 34 to 101. this would not be happening so consistently if skill were even a slight factor in matchmaking. "competitive" can feel the same at times, seems like my first trials games are either my team getting pub stomped or we barely win, then the next game feels more balanced skill wise.

Trials is win based, so you can get people with elo all over the place
