I don't think all items are in the Loot Pool in any given IB week. It is usually 2 weapons and 2 armour pieces. Same as D1. Bigger problem is non IB loot being given out in packages.

Yeah, granted I've only earned 2.5 packages yet, but I haven't gotten duplicates, yet, but I've gotten Non IB gear out of it and I'm sitting there going, its bad enough that you don't give me usable gear unless I infuse into it, but you aren't even giving me IB gear? Da Fuq?

Yeah Bungie devs...theres no excuse for having non IB items in the pool, I couldnt believe those bums let this happen. Simple padding/greed/stupidity
