I actually agree with the boyfriend in this situation. I wouldn't necessarily be comfortable with my girlfriend going to the movies with a guy friend who she considers a brother. If it was one of her girl friends or her gay best friend I'm cool with it but us heterosexual males are dogs by nature.

Why would she even consider -blam!-ing her brother?
-
You're not blood therefore you =/= her brother.

We still would never -blam!- each other

Even then. I have SOME self-control

Such the gentleman.

You don't believe me

Sorry but no I don't. Nothing about you personally I just don't believe anyone who says they're like a sibling. "Like a sister/brother" means to me "I'm in love with said person and I know he/she doesn't want to be with me but I'll do anything to spend time with her/him and hopefully one day we'll be together"... just my opinion tho.

Edited by Esko: 10/10/2017 11:27:21 PMI used to be like that with her. But I moved on when I realised it wasn't going anywhere. Found someone else to be interested in. She's still a mate though

And what do you do if she says "I think we should be together"?

I say "you're high"
