It's one of the few exotics worth anything in D2.

The new perk is by far better than the Perk in D1. I love being in Crucible, throwing my arcbolt onto a team and then throwing yet another arcbolt.

I got 4 arcbolts in a row one time, easiest triple kill ever.

Especially with how everyone just stays grouped up now. They are asking to be slaughtered

It's great in PvE too, almost guaranteed a grenade if you hit 4

Yes. Although I don't typically use it in PvE because I prefer Nightstalker and Orpheus Rigs.
