It's not tunnel vision - they really don't know (or care) about the crests. The only solution is to have your own fireteam and not play with randoms.

It's actually ridiculous how people can just ignore this part of supremacy. And it's not just once in a while it's almost every supremacy game I have either all or most of my team walk around the shining blue crest below them.
