Well I wasn't asking for a hand out, I was asking to replace what I already paid for because the issue is something way out of my control (I didn't destroy, lose or get the codes stolen, so I saw a regional issue as something they'd be willing to take care of since its not listed under the terms). And I get that, but the retailer doesn't generate the codes do they? No, thats Bungie. but thank you for confirming what I already knew. I forgot its not sensible to cover all your bases before you drop unnecessarily large sums of money on something (especially since this is the second time I've bought the game, I got the collector's edition and then missed the deadline to purchase the add-ons separately before they tagged them out of my price range.)
