Spotify by a mile. I use to use Pandora exclusively, but once I made the switch to Spotify I never went back. My only complaint about Spotify is the mobile app doesn't allow you to play a specific song you want if you're out and it suddenly pops in your head. Well, unless you subscribe. Which I have, and it was nice for that, but I don't think it was $9.99/month nice.
