Same thing here except I ordered digitally. I had the preorder stuff in my Xbox store and I installed it, but the stuff just isn't appearing in the tower.

Yeah anyone who pre-ordered and didnt get coldheart, including me, will probably just have to wait until they get done patching the crucible maps. It says so much about their service. I haven't heard a word from thwm about this issue and its the only thing that pops up on the forums when looking up coldheart
