What I do with my money is my choice and I (nor anyone else) should have to be subject to ridicule because of it. Plus, my guardians are outfitted with premium wares and beautiful colors. It is the ideal aesthetic and is vastly superior to you commoners and your hand-me-down garbs.

Eh, it's not that simple. You do not live in a vacuum. Your decision to buy into this despicable anti-consumer practice is an economic signal sent to publishers that incites them to chop up games even more and make them tedious on purpose so they can sell us the means to skip those tedious parts. Although you have the freedom to waste your money however you like, you don't get to do so without me having the freedom to tell you that you are part of the problem. Freedom works like that.

That's how they're selling it. Activision can't be trusted to deliver on this though. We all saw how that went in D1. The free content was just a couple of limited duration events that were mostly about redecorating the social spaces and pushing [i]more [/i]microtransactions. As for the real content, [i]one [/i]was free (april update), the other we still ended up paying for (RoI). I'd rather pay for content in the form of expansions than have the game design badly influenced by the presence of microtransactions. We're not there yet, but it's slowly creeping towards this.
