Turns out there is a card with a [b]separate[/b] code on it (different from the one on your receipt) in you game case. THAT code unlocks your coldheart, at least that ended up being the case for me. Very odd that they used two different codes to do all of this. I've been preordering with GameStop for years and I don't remember it ever being handled this way.
