Honestly, I think cannons can compete fine with Mida. So long as you hit your damn shots, what needs fixing is my headshots not registering as headshots. The other day I was shooting a Titan, and all I could see was his head but I was getting body shots. It's not a super recurring issue but it has gotten me killed, anyone else feeling this?
