Sigh... Not at all. There is more anomalies even after you hit the cap. Which is totally stupid. Like I said in my post. Please be informed before fantasizing false accusations.

Nope, I can confirm when I completed this quest on Hunter and Titan, if you shoot enough anomalies you will cap out on time by the time you start the first phase of boss encounter (before you take the elevator up). We're really good at finding anomalies apparently lol

Actually, you can cap it without trying to cheese it. At the last section of the raid, killing one of the front green guys, granted our team SEVEN minutes to finish the strike. We were pretty confused but still tried shooting the anomalies in the room. Said we we're maxed on time

Yes, you get seven minutes to do it. My team cleared it with a couple minutes to spare but we didn't cap out by shooting all the anomalies. I've only seen it get capped by doing the bug where you leave the area and load back in
