What about that shit exotic that increases sidearm reload speed. In D1 that was a RARE perk

I would ask for a buff on that, but I wanted a useless exotic to get buffs and automatically got rammed by an army of pvp fatboys drenched in tabasco

Speaking as a regular user of Last Hope, this piece of armor is awesome. The fact that it was a rare armor perk in the last game is irrelevant.
