So there needs to be a better way to regulate your ban. Today I played 3 matches. The first I wanted to quit. There was a player with serious lag. Teleporting all over the place with 20 kills by the end of the match. How would your ban be fare to me? The next match 2 players quit. I felt so bad for them, till they started catching up. I agree there should be joining mid match to keep it fair. Although, the other side is joining a losing match.

If it's a bad game, deal with it and finish. I've found those are few and far between. This is meant to punish people who quit because they are either losing or because they aren't doing as well as they want to. If you feel the need to quit because of a bad game, then do it and use the timer to cool down.
