Hello,
Thank you for your report. We have teams internally investigating this issue, looking to identify the cause for objectives to not appear when entering the Exodus Black section of the nightfall activity.
We have confirmed that this can impact both Normal and Prestige difficulties for the Nightfall.
Players have reported that re-entering the initial zone of the strike, "Prodromus Down", and proceeding back to the "Exodus Black" will sometimes spawn the Arc Pulse objectives.
We will provide updates on our investigation when available.

This has been a known bug since reset and this is quite honestly the first mention of it by Bungie staff. Nothing on Twitter, nothing on the main site acknowledging it. The part that really angers me is that today, within 2 hours of Trials of the Nine dropping and finding out there was a bug that allowed players to get out of the map, it was replaced. Since it has been 4 hours short of 4 full days, why has the nightfall not been replaced as well?
