There's a public event in the upper right corner of the Outskirts, it spawns a big servitor who spawns 4 smaller ones, 5 in total :)

Edited by thelogikalone: 10/4/2017 6:42:02 PMSame public event can also happen in Firebase Hades, also saw a Servitor high value target in Winding Cove; just ride up & down the waterfront on the sparrow until you get lucky. EDIT: I, also, hope to never have to do this one again.
