I'm about to report them to the better business bureau. I'm sick of constantly saying this and getting back the same dumb questions from the community. I'm 380+ on all characters. Does it look like I haven't defeated Gual? The gunsmith didn't have my property that I paid for and no one is acknowledging it. Two resets and three maintenance schedules and nothing about our cold hearts. This is bull.

You have zero basis to stand on and besides that fact you agreed to an arbitration clause when you agreed to the EULA. EDIT - also you cannot be '380 on each character' because the power level cap right now is 305. Also you have ZERO threads or postings regarding this issue so you have been told nothing.

Again, I love how the post says "380+ on all characters yet you can't get any higher then 305, proof being that the highest engram able to be given is 300 light (power) along with the 5 you get from equipping legendary mods to all items. But again please tell Bungie and us again how you beat the game at a level that doesn't exist which is another reason POSSIBLY they haven't taken your claim at all serious. If I worked there I'd have all the staff read it and laugh the whole time like "look at this guy, he somehow got to 380 and didn't get a gun (which is possible to get from an exotic engrams not outright handed to you) before December. Poor guy, bump"

You cant tell someone what they paid for and what they didnt since he is the one who spent his money. If he pre-ordered only to get coldheart then im pretty sure he paid to get it. Besides the point, Bungie has really ignored this problem and paid attention to things like the linear fusion rifle on IO.

No, here is the literal definition of not paid for... Can anyone right now log into Microsoft/Sony/Gamestop and ORDER Coldheart? No. Therefore it is a pre-order BONUS not guaranteed content.

Again the advertisement say pre-order now and get the coldheart rifle earlier than regular players (it becomes available to everyone in December) ... but yeah either way, most problems and I mean MOST problems are because people are license/game sharing and this invalidates the preorder honestly.

A price was advertised with certain items. We paid for that price because of those items. I have a basis to stand on.

And again, I just edited my post, you have ZERO complaints or posts prior to this post right here. What is your issue? How can anyone help you if you do not EXPRESS what your issue is?! Your price DID NOT INCLUDE THOSE ITEMS. It is just like if you go to a ball game and they are giving out bobble heads to the first 1000 people and you are 1500, well you don't get a refund stating, "Well I paid for my bobble head!" You paid for the game with a EULA that specifically states in your EULA (which you never read) that nothing other than access to the game is guaranteed.

You're misinformed, he paid X amount of dollars to pre-order being told he WILL GET A PLAYSTATION EXCLUSIVE (several in fact), but did not get it. This is actually called false advertising, he met the requirement to earn said exclusives yet didn't receive them. I feel like anyone with a little knowledge of business will know that is text book false advertisement. Watch a very basic television ad that is selling something. Buy 1, get 2 free! Then read the small print and you can see why a lot of people dont get the 2 free. In this case, we all met the requirement to earn our version of the "2 free" but didn't get it.

I'm obviously not the only one this is happening to as this thread is full of people saying the same as me as well as others saying they paid for this, yet you're singling me out? Your statement that he didnt pay for the coldheart is false. Ive got my gamecard saying right on it "Pre order destiny 2 + coldheart for 80$" I did that from Best buy, level 20 on both characters. no coldheart.

Yeah... omission on my part. I oreordered digital from best buy. Enetered the beta code from an email. Never played it cus spoilers. Then entered the game code when it dropped. Hit 20. No gun. No ghost. Bunie supports about the same as kixeye support. Except with bungie, nit everything is your fault and atleast bungie doesnt have game mods who dont know how to play their game. -_- yeah. Kixeye sucks.
