I'm literally using a common that consistently outguns mida. I've used several scouts that all compete with mida. If you're losing to mida, it's because you missed shots and they didn't.

stat wise the mida is the best scout to use , i'm already using it so i won't lose my gunfights i'm actually winning almost 90% of my 1v1s.

I switch between a few legendary and rare scouts and win the same percentage of my 1v1s.
