Try contacting ur isp and ask how to disable the application helper (alg) for udp port 3074 or if they can do that for u. For more info look at https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/231008613?sort=0&page=0
One user with the same router model said that telnet is not supported by ur router model. So u may not be able to fix it by urself wit telnet.

@xl Kosmo lx I can confirm that, unfortunately, telnet clients are disabled for this Modem as many other features. ISP told me they can't give personalized versions of the firmware or application helper....don't know if this is true or they are not able but the problem remain.... I have two options: 1) Wait a couple of week for bungie to publish a corrective patch.... 2) Change my current modem (that works perfectly at 100Mbps and doesn't give me any problems in other games) with these new release: https://www.amazon.it/SMART-MODEM-ROUTER-TIM-TELECOM/dp/B01MRGD0J1/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1505547836&sr=8-1&keywords=modem+tim+sercomm About this modem, it says that it has incorporated DMZ and UPnP functions do you think that it will fix destiny 2 cabbage errors? (Ah, I cannot change my modem with any other modem that doesn't support also VoIP phones or I have to decauple them. The linked modem can manage also VoIP directly like the current one does).

Still same problem. I couldn't reach someone to do that on Telia, helpdesk said that they couldn't do that. on my thompson modem, telnet is and all the advanced features are locked. on the other hand, D1 is working properly and we are trying to find solutions. Is that our job?
