On reset they decrypt automatically. You may noticed a popup on your screen when logging in

We missed the pop-up, but you're right; as soon as I read this, I realized that earlier we noticed some exotic arms in her inventory and were like, 'when did you get that?' We wrote it off as having missed the notification some time during her public events, but it must have been one of the luminous engrams decrypting when we weren't paying attention. Thanks for your help, guys.
