Destiny 2 Idea: Emote Wheel!
I don't know about you guys but I believe Destiny 2 should implement some sort of Emote Wheel. The way it would work is we can still press our emote button to quickly do our preferred emote but if we hold it down it'll bring up an emote wheel so we can use all the emotes in our inventory!
This would be great for two reasons (possibly more)
1. We'll be able to use all our emotes without the hassle of having to open our inventory every time to switch it.
2. For people that don't have mics, they would be quickly able to access D2's default emotes (if selected) to be able to communicate!
This is just an idea I thought of because I wanted to be able to use my emotes without having to switch them out, I also don't know if I'm the first to post about something like this so I'm sorry if it's not original. Tell me what you guys think!

I think they have deliberately not implimented this because they know it's one of the too things the community want. They will then release it in an update which will take them no time at all and then they will look like heroes and that they have 'listened' to the community. It's an easy win for them.

8 RepliesDestiny 2 idea: ammo packs that let you instantly fill your supply up. There could be one for kinetic, energy, and power. We could call them kinetic, special, and power "ammo telemetry" What a concept, right?

Agree! Works good in other games like ESO and The Division. Why have so many options for Emotes and we can only equip one?

This is a great idea. I like the idea of being able to communicate with your fireteam without a mic. Overwatch does this well, I'd like to see Destiny 2 accomplish micless communication.

2 RepliesYeah. Honor Guardian sign language. I always want a "thank you", or other communicative emote on, but eating ramen is way more important than that - stop making me choose. Even if it was only 3 emotes, or the 9 you can keep on you, that would do so much for my quality of life in Destiny. Most of us don't talk to each other verbally.

Awesome idea, and while I've thought of it in the past I've never seen a comment on it. I'd love it if Bungie would implement this. It seems like such a basic UI feature that has been around forever and I don't know why Bungie wouldn't include one.

I've been wanting this for 2 years. It should be very easy to implement but would be a big QoL boost. It's LAME that Bungie puts so much time into creating all of these funny emotes - and you can only pick ONE at a time. You should be able to choose which four emotes you want to set for your D-pad, but preferably eight. That way they'd actually be useful AND personalized a bit. I'd pick at least one "yes" emote, one "no" emote, then a variety of others. But that would be fun, so I doubt we'll ever see it.
