I've been wanting this gun from the start. After getting it from Devrim Kay for turning in tokens I was excited. I went to try out the exotic gun but connection was lost for me again. I do not know what to do... help

I have checked my collection and it does not show. I even got the 15 exotic achievement but I only have 14 now because it took my vigilance wing. Need help!
