I think you should contact Bungie directly with this issue. Contact support and ask them. I think the chances of you getting an answer in the forums is pretty slim. Reason 1) The PC section of the forums is not very well moderated and seems quite .... lacking. Reason 2) With the amount of overall posts created and answered every day, yours might just fall through the cracks, keeping reason 1 in mind. Moreover the support staff can / will directly contact the development team at Vicarious, since they are responsible for everything PC related.

  • Tolly here. Can't answer with that account for some reason. I have tried to contact Bungie through their Twitter without any form of response at all. I've tried to ask Blizzard and Activision as well but they can't really help as they don't really do anything but provide a platform(Blizzard) and can't offer any help for the game. Activision told me to post here on the forums or to try their Bungie Help twitter which as I said, won't answer. The support staff you're talking about, are they forum members that are employed by Bungie? If so, how do I contact them? Thanks for the advice!

  • I don't think they have someone employed to interact with the community. Except the moderators of course. So maybe you can try and look for a post where a moderator answered and try to contact her / him directly. But otherwise I thought that Bungie had an actual support E-Mail. I was wrong -.- They dump everything in the Forums and on their Twitter. So I guess you only chances are actually to try contacting them on Twitter again or, as mentioned, try and contact a moderator.
