I'm assuming you preordered a physical copy of the game? If that's the case, there needed to be a secondary code for the preorder items (on top of the code for the limited edition items). You need to call the company you bought it off and ask for a code, Gamestop didn't send me a code and calling them allows them to generate one for you over the phone.

  • I bought it through Xbox Store. I called Bungie, they told me to go to Microsoft, I went to Microsoft they said to go to Bungie, Bungie then told me to come here if I'm stilling having problems. The one big problem is that I used gift card codes to buy it. I can't get it refunded.

    What sucks is nothing has been done to help us out. At this point in time after pre ordering Destiny 1 and 2 and being a loyal customer/player to bungie since halo days, this issue really bothers me. I know it's just a gun and a Ghost Tracker but these items were guaranteed to us for having pre ordered the game. We haven't received them. It really isn't just happening to 1 or 2 people. I have encountered many other players online that have the same issue.
