It's only digital versions... The servers are live. I have a friend here in the states playing right now because is copy came from ups at 9pm today was suppose to be tomorrow night.

Rolling releases allows everybody to play at THEIR time which is something everyone outside the US always bitches about. Secondly, and far more important, it prevents the servers from being overloaded with traffic all at once. So ask yourself, do you wanna play or do you wanna sit around for hours waiting to play because every time you try it says the servers are down? Use your head.

Is not a mistake USA players will play for USA. No advantages Also, USA gets updates at a good time, so when they come home they can play. For everyone else, the updates are installed during play time
