If Exo anatomy is so complicated to understand, even for the Ghosts, then how are they able to completely rebuild them after they are incinerated?

I'm sorry for the late reply I skipped right over yours on accident :( Anyway all exos have a master key implanted where a penis or vagina should be. When a ghost first chooses a guardian they take the master key out of the exo and plugs it in and downloads everything. So really a ghost could completely control their exo if they wanted to.
