It's a support for the CBBE female body replacer mod, allowing you to tailor the bodyshape of female characters in the game to your liking, in a range that runs from the sublime (ie. realistic) to the ridiculous (also known as 'silly huge'). I recommend it as many of the best armour/clothing mods utilize CBBE to begin with, since it's arguably the best replacer mod on the nexus with it's installer giving an incredible range of options including 'nevernude' (in case that's an issue).
