If the purchase date is before Sept 1st there's going to be problems. I had to contact Kellogg's support on their website and they were super helpful and got everything squared away really quickly. I would suggest contacting support via their website (I used the chat option) and got it fixed in like 5 mins.

From what I can tell, the chat option may not be available until tuesday due to the holiday. Maybe try messaging them on facebook or on twitter?
