It doesny mean they never existed. Also... self rez is helluva hard to balance I guess

Its not hard, just remove it. The point of Radiance was to let you have a moment of going bonkers with your abilties. There was a perk to let you reduce nearby allies cooldowns instead but no-one ever took it because bungie did not make it noticable.
