They're still working on the PC version. They have already talked about possibly having 4k on One X, but because One X releases after D2, 4k isn't a One X priority at the moment. It has nothing to do with Sony, or shady business tactics.

Pc version isn't the Xbox version, so that has nothing to do with it. Xbox one S was the first console with HDR and yet they have yet to mention anything about that. What's not shady about completely ignoring half your fan base and the console they play on. Ignoring the question they have been asked about this question.
