Technically, no. I'm taking the name of it and making the group how I want it to be in my series. It won't have any of the characters from your series as in mine they do not exist

Why taking the name of it (and kinda the concept)?

This isn't technically a crossover. Unless you want it to be your Syndicate, and have characters from your story. But otherwise, I'm kinda taking the Syndicate my own way for the purposes of my story

Well, you can have 'the' Syndicate, even as 'the bad guys', but they would be a little different from this. Perhaps we should move this to PM, don't you think?
