Solution that worked for me:
1.Go to D2's .exe application
2.Right Click and go to properties
3.Compatibility tab
4.Disable display scaling on high DPI settings
5.Launch from battle.net
Hope it works, if not, feels bad

This worked for me thank you. Didn't bother with decreasing 125% scale to 100% scale as it worked without changing it.
