I tried this but I don't even have the ability to even demote or promote members. When I click on a clan members name it just goes back to the clan roster page. It's just stuck on that page no matter what I click on.

hey buddy, try signing in to the app and clicking on a member, it will pull up a screen that has the option to demote/promote

put you clan id number at the end of this URL if you got to your clan page go into the url the last numbers in your url is your clan Id number copy those to the end of the url below and it will take you to the admin page. when you go to your clan page go up and click on your URL the last group of numbers after the = sign will be your Clan ID number write that down and add it to the end of the URL I have provided.
