You could do that, but it's really more work than it's worth.

Its 20 bucks and 5 minutes of work on a computer to get any amiibo you want. That's essentially no work.
-
That is work and it's definitely more than it's worth for actually nothing. The amiibo don't add anything worthwhile that is worth $20, even with all of them.
-
It's really not. Long as you drop the files in the right place there's really no work. One of the nfc bank downloads had most of the Zelda files. 1 had a 20 heart wood link. Once you download them, it's just a couple clicks to change the tag to whatever amiibo you want that you've downloaded. You also have the option to copy any amiibo you have to your files. If you already have a lot of them it may not be for you, but we had none before the other day, so it's awesome for us

Like I said it's more work than it's worth. The things you get from the amiibo aren't any better than the in game items, and they aren't necessary to enjoy the game.
-
True. But you still can get some neat throwback items. And it can be used for more than Zelda games.....i just don't know any other wiiu/switch game that popular. Lol
-
I still think it's more trouble than it's worth.
I still think it's more trouble than it's worth.
With minor computer proficiency its simple. Just because you can't do something doesn't mean its a waste of time.
