I live in Kansas City, MO; so I'm right in the path of totality.
I've got a solar photography lens for my camera, so I'm hoping the clouds move out and I can get a good shot or two.

It's 95% blocked out over here. So I don't need glasses. I'll simply just block the exposed part with my hand. I thought the blocked out part made you go blind. Silly me.

We ended up having a bunch of clouds move in, so my pictures didn't turn out worth a damn...

Unfortunate. My area was actually totality. It was the coolest thing I've ever seen. You see an eclipse in a movie and it's "meh." Real life view is like "😱" Lol. Sorry about your pictures. Be ready for the next totality in 2024.

Yeah, we had totality, but you couldn't see it very well because of the clouds.
