Aside from mentions to the side quests, little changes from your DA2 decisions. The biggest things are:
Siding with mages or Templars (the first half of inquisition plot)
And
Did anders live or die (big changes in the wartable missions).
Other things you do in the game can affect some dialog and war table missions, but nothing all too significant. DA2 has a lot of big decisions that change how DA2 goes, but it does not carry over to inquisition all too much.
I still think it's worth a playthrough just for the story and the great combat, but it's definitely not as impactful as origins.

However if you play all the DA2 dlc, that actually has a significant impact on inquisition. Especially the one with corypheus.

Oh wow. Well, I don't spend much cash on DLC's unless they're MASSIVE. Like [i]Trespasser[/i]. The DLC's for DA:2 at the time were just add-ons to the game, at first (until Inquisition came out).
