I weighed that when i was doing meth. But im 6'1 and had large frame.
-
For that frame, those numbers are pretty impressive. If you don't mind my asking, how old are you?
-
Thanks. I'm 19. I achieved those PRs when I was 17-19. The bench and clean I achieved this year, at age 19. The 280 squat I either achieved when I was 17 or 18. I had a kid in my weight class squat 345 and bench like 210, and clean 225.

Nice! It's interesting, and kind of a shame, how your frame can screw you over, at least comparatively. Genetics can be a bitch, but nobody can take away the hard work you put in.

Edited by Jessyskullkid: 8/18/2017 7:41:14 PMIn the last year my bench and clean has increased near 15-20 pounds. Squat has been up and down. I've played sports in the last year so my legs were always in physical activity. I've been lifting since I was in 8th grade, of which I was in the 114 and 123 weight class. This last year I was in the 132 weight class. That kid was a damn good lifter. He had damn good form on all three lifts, especially squat. He broke the squat record for the class. He also won every weight class he was in, except for the 140. He is 5'2", so just two inches short than what I am. I'll also add that I had wrist/arm surgery my 8th grade and freshman year, and I had a cyst removed on my wrist last summer.

Edited by Obi-Wan Kenobi: 8/18/2017 7:47:43 PMYeah I've had a few surgeries as well. Just glad I heal quickly. I've always liked lifting with shorter guys, they're great spotters for squats. Edit: I don't know if you're curious as to why I haven't described myself or listed numbers. They're kind of high, and I don't enjoy coming off as a braggart.

It was always interesting because my left arm is a tad bit shorter than my right, so it made benching interesting. What's your frame, and numbers?
-
Okay, here goes. Age: 18 Height: 6'3" Weight: fluctuates from 200-215 Bench: 315 Squat: 585 Dead: 625 Clean: 375 My family is just genetically gifted…
-
I'm not too familiar with the larger weight classes, but those numbers compared to the guys at my state meet are all too spot, besides the bench.
-
Yeah shoulder surgery will really kill your bench, but c'est la vie
-
I feel. My wrist set me back on my bench. Through hard work and time, I got it up and got second in bench in my weight class for two years in a row.
-
Way to go my man.
-
5'8" 130lbs 150 bench. Wuts a clean 300 squat.
-
Hang/Power clean.
-
Haven't tried one.
-
They're considered a full body lift. My 280 squat is unofficial. I got it my junior year in high school. I almost got 300 that year. My official squat weight is like 260, 265 or 270. That's what I got at my state powerlifting meet.
-
Nice, mine is very unofficial i did it at a friend's place.
-
At my state powerlifting meet, we had to get below parallel. It was ridiculous.
-
I couldn't do that lol
