At this point reinforced barrel feels like a fixed perk on pdx45 in Banshees inventory.

Guarantee that's why they didn't sell the order for like 6 mos. They wanted to weight his perk set to only range perks that reduce stability. The same way rifled barrel seems impossible to get on some Handcannons.
