Thanks for this, Cinder. I still find these useful.
I like the Wail (I have one with Explosive Rounds, Hammer Forged and Rangefinder that I use regularly), but after the hand cannon nerf, I think you need a range perk to make it viable. I have 2 on mine and use gloves to buff the reload.

Explosive Rounds bumps up the range quite a bit along with all it's other benefits. It's one of the best rolls you can get on this gun imo.
