I've heard of the legends, not that one specifically, but in mists I see them depicted as white ape men, this version is cooler though.

There are two versions, one is a 20 foot tall man with claws, fangs, and an elk head. The other version is a very skinny and pale human, which has lost it's "distinctive" features. However both are bloodthirsty and don't die of age.
