I love how while its all going on Trump is still just tweeting fox news articles and bitching that the media aren't nice enough about him. Its like they took his phone off him just long enough for him to blither out some cretinous statement that sounds pretty fcking similar to what NK's state propaganda says, and then off he waddles to carry on with the really important stuff.

I mean he did tweet he would rain fiery hell on them....
-
No he didn't tweet that.
-
My bad he didn't tweet that, thought he did. Just a statement he made today
-
Yeah but that's kind of what I'm getting at. He must have sent out his latest twitter rant about the media like within an hour of threatening to "rain fire and fury" on NK. The rest of the world fears imminent war, for the guy who might start it its just a distraction from bashing the media and other politicians.

It wouldn't be trumps fault if it started at all. The past 2 administrations are to blame for that. North Korea is simply doing this to get aide. His father did it years ago and it worked. It will work this time as well. Just wait it out
-
No its not the last two administrations. They've been trying to build nuclear weapons since the very beginning. But ultimately, if that's all they're doing is it really worth the loss of life to try and stop them? Who cares if they have nuclear weapons if they never use them?
-
Would you try and stop a country who is seeking nukes or one who already has them? The last 2 administrations had ample opportunities to rid the country of this crap and didn't. Now it's too late and simply doesn't fall on trumps shoulders. Blame Bush and Obama as well.

You can't have it both ways. You can't accept, like I do, that this is a way for NK to force concessions from the international community and then claim that they want to start a nuclear war. The reasons Bush and Obama didn't want to do anything is the same reason the generals now don't want to do anything, they know it'll be a shitshow and at the end of the day the US won't get anything out of it except more headaches, and a tonne of dead soldiers, cos it will be the most costly war they've been involved in since the Second World War. Trump getting into a flame war with Kim Jong Un doesn't change that. But yeah if he invades NK then he'll have started a war, who else? This whole post was about how flippantly he's treating the whole situation, not if its worth it, which, frankly, it isn't.
-
Kim jong un is threatening to attack Guam and you're blaming Trump for starting it? I'm confused or maybe I misunderstood. If I did my bad
-
He's threatening. They've been threatening to do stuff for the last 50 years, but what have they actually done? Fired a few shells over the border, kidnapped a couple of Japanese people. Its just that mouthy runt at school who talks a big game but everyone else just ignores. If they don't actually attack anywhere, if its all talk then obviously if the US invades it'll be on the order of the President, so he will have started a war. I'm not saying he started the whole situation, I'm saying if there's a war and the US initiates it, then obviously it'll be him who starts the actual fighting.
