Agreed, they can still be on side walks though. I think it should just be changed to "no soliciting by outside groups will be done on public property under any circumstances."

Was on a date one night in Nashville, had a aggressive pan handler pull a knife on me and my date. He is a bout 3-5 feet away, demanding my wallet. I have a concealed carry that i keep on my back right hip. I told him that my wallet is in right pocket(in left actually), i reach back, pull my gun out and aim it at center mass. He drops knife and runs. Cops find him later on. He has been arrested like 50 times for various shit.
