Yeah man. Bring water to temp, not aggressively boiling but hot enough to cook the noodles without melting the packet.

Carefully (for real hot water burns) pour the water into the packet (remember shit's gonna be hot). Pinch the corners and support the packet so it doesn't go everywhere.
Good to go pretty much. There's a little more technique to it, like if you wanna drain the broth out. No added gourmet shit. It's like a... "I gotta eat right tf now so I can be out" type deal.
